Full-contact adrenaline drills against an armored opponent is essential in teaching your child to defend themselves against an actual attack.
Martial arts will increase your child's attention span, which will be beneficial to them in school. Your child will not only learn respect and discipline in the dojo (karate school), but also for home and at school. We work closely with the parents to ensure your child gets the best training possible.
Another plus to the martial arts is that there are no "bench warmers". Every child gets to participate.
